DRILLERS

ABOUT

Drillers are teenage Trinity dancers that act as role models for younger dancers and support for lead teachers in the studio. Drillers play a myriad of roles, from tying shoes, to leading warm-ups, to increasing the efficiency of a class by working with children one-on-one or in small groups when needed. Mentorship is a huge part of Trinity’s program - from looking up to the “big kids” as you take your first steps as a Trinity Irish Dancer, to gaining confidence and building leadership skills as you grow into a driller, a show captain, and for many, ultimately a teacher.
